2. Time Dilation
According to Einstein's theory of relativity, time is not constant and can be influenced by gravity and motion. Time dilation occurs when an object is moving at speeds close to the speed of light or in strong gravitational fields, causing time to pass differently for the moving object compared to a stationary observer. Temporal Paradoxes

a. The Grandfather Paradox
In this paradox, a time traveler goes back in time and prevents their grandparents from meeting, leading to the time traveler never being born. This creates a contradiction – if the time traveler was never born, how could they go back in time to prevent their grandparents from meeting?
b. The Bootstrap Paradox
In the bootstrap paradox, an object or information is sent back in time in an infinite loop with no clear origin. For example, a person receives instructions on how to build a time machine from their future self, who in turn learned it from their future self, creating a loop with no original source.
